Welcome to The Boxing Studio @ ClubFitness

The Boxing Studio is the home of Greensboro's best cardio boxing program.  Our classes are 50 minutes in length (with the exception of our Wednesday Noon class) and feature a warm-up, (8) 3 minute rounds, and 10 minute finisher that features core, strength and a stretch!   If you have never boxed with us, we would love to have you try a class!  To schedule an initial class, please contact Laura ([email protected]).  We provide an orientation ahead of that initial class, so offerings are sometimes limited due to trainer availability. 

Class Reservation Policies

1. Please make sure to register for class as we are limited to 16 bags in the studio.  In the rare case of a cancellation, those announcements are made on Punchpass and members will receive an email alerting them of any changes, but only if you are registered.

2. Waitlists: Please take advantage of the waitlist feature if your desired class is full - class enrollment fluctuates and the best way to get into your preferred class is to add yourself to the waitlist. Please monitor your reservations and remove yourself from other waitlists if you successfully enroll in a class.

3. Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Please be courteous to fellow members and delete your reservation at least 2 hours before class time if you are no longer able to attend.  A no-showing for a class will result in the use of one of your purchased passes. No-showing multiple times will result in loss of access to self-reservation in Punchpass.  Punchcard members (10 Punchcards): no-showing a class will result in the use of one of your purchased passes. 

4. Weekend Access:  ClubFitness Green Valley is not open for regular gym use on Saturday and Sunday, but there are several group fitness classes that use the facility.  On the weekend, Boxing Studio attendees will need to access the facility from the bag parking lot.  The back door (under the exterior staircase) will be propped open for you to enter.  ClubFitness Green Valley is class only on Saturday and Sunday, members are asked to please refrain from using the locker room facilities and any equipment outside of what is used in class.

REMINDER: We require all participants have their own handwraps and gloves in order to participate in boxing and kickboxing classes. We also recommend you bring a water bottle.
